This intensive, life-changing work can’t be done overnight.  This requires a commitment.  My first recommendation is a discovery session, which is an initial assessment to evaluate the food problem, eating and/or weight problem.

Here is a bit about where I start with clients:

  1. Initial assessment to determine the scope of your needs, evaluate your current intake, eating issues, exercise concerns, body image issues, and any other related items.

  2. Feedback session to review the results of the nutrition assessment and plot a course that makes sense to you.

  3. Design a plan of action that makes sense to you and your goals.

Costs of Doing Nothing - Staying Stuck

There are huge costs of doing nothing.  Each day you are not your authentic self you pay a price.

  • You waste hours a day feeling guilt over food choices, eating disorders behaviors, and your body

  • You don’t stand up for what you want yet you stand up for what others want

  • You feel small and that you don’t matter but everything and everyone else matters more

  • You allow the addiction to rule your choices, including those that clash with your values

  • You consider listening to yourself but push it aside because you are not ready to live with integrity, without apology.

  • You consider living with integrity but it is still too scary to inconvenience others so you continue to absorb the stress and eat/not eat/purge over it.
